Field Note #003: Tools Are the New Content (🎁 inside)
Content used to talk. Now it ships. Here's a prototype I built for growth teams, free to try.
TLDR: 🚀 Built a free tool that turns fuzzy growth ideas into sharp hypotheses. No signup. No fluff. Just clarity.
Now here’s why that matters.
For years, content marketing has meant: a long-form post, audio, polished videos. A lead form. A prayer for distribution
But in 2025? Prototypes are the new content. Tools are the trust signal. And vibe coding is the new distribution.
It’s not about “going viral.” It’s about building something useful, fast, and letting people feel what you believe.
⚡ What’s Vibe Coding? Imo, it’s what happens when builders stop explaining and start shipping. When your blog post becomes a browser tab. When your point of view lands better through a button than a block quote.
Thanks to platforms like Lovable.dev, we’ve hit a moment where:
You don’t need engineers
You don’t need a deck
You don’t need permission
Just ship the thing! 🚢
You just need taste, clarity, and a perspective worth prototyping.
So I Built a Free Tool. This Past Weekend.
As I was drafting this post on Friday, I decided to open Lovable and start building because this type of post just deserved making a project to prove the point.
What started as a side thought turned into a real tool in under 10 hours. Lovable, Supabase, these tools are powerful, no wonder why decided to join Lovable to lead growth, it’s the future!
So, Hello World!
Alright, so here’s the tool. It’s simple but powerful.
You paste in any raw growth idea.
It rewrites it as a structured, testable, high-confidence hypothesis, scored, tagged, and ready to ship. It even has a calculator to help you with sample sizes.
No comment “some keyword” in the comments of this post needed, here it is, use it.
Try it here for free now → hypothesis.growthfuel.ca
🧠 Why It Exists
I’ve worked growth from zero to scale at startups and at places like Shopify and Dropbox. When experiments fall apart, it’s often blamed on execution. But nine times out of ten, the real issue started earlier, with a vague or unprovable idea.
This tool was built to change that.
Powered by:
20+ years of my growth work and experience
15,000+ lines of logic
3 OpenAI inference engines
25+ microservices
And zero marketing fluff
I have a technical background and it helped, but I built all of this with the help of Lovable in one night, the next night was deep testing and fine tuning, last night was the finishing touches. This is not a paid post by any means, I’m just genuinely impressed with Lovable. Go try it if you haven’t yet, right after you try the hypothesis engine :)
🍿 More Vibe-Coded Tools We Should See
Builders are skipping blog posts. They're shipping utilities. If you know of any tools out there that are useful for growth teams, now please share them in comments. I'd love to see them and compile them in a post soon. If you've built one, lets connect and chat.
💌 One Ask
No gimmicks. No “comment 🔥” nonsense. Just go use the tool → hypothesis.growthfuel.ca
If it helps:
Drop it in Slack
Share with your team
DM a founder
Every copied hypothesis helps the engine learn. And gets it sharper for the next builder.
Got a tool idea for growth teams? Let’s build it. DM me.
🔮 What’s Next
I'm going to work on a prototype that suggests which experiments to run, based on your product stage and business context.
It might be a premium tool (compute isn’t free), but the spirit stays the same: Tools over noise. Clarity over jargon. Growth without burnout.
Subscribe to GrowthFuel to stay in the loop.
Let’s stop performing clarity. Let’s build it.
