Why I Started GrowthFuel
At 16, I moved to Canada alone from Venezuela.
At 19, I joined a tech startup.
At 20, I was managing a team of 20 people, most older than me.
That experience launched a 13-year run at one company where I worked across systems, product, and growth. We scaled from thousands to millions of users.
Since then, I’ve led teams at Shopify and Dropbox, co-founded companies, and helped startups find product-market signal and raise capital.
At Shopify, I built lifecycle and growth programs during hypergrowth. We scaled adoption and monetization systems that helped grow customer LTV by hundreds of millions.
At Dropbox, I led growth marketing for Dash, an AI-powered product. We rebuilt the team, tripled experiment velocity, and laid the foundation for long-term growth.
Along the way, I’ve been a founder, advisor, and fractional CMO. I’ve helped teams go from zero to one, and others scale from one to one hundred.
Everything I’ve learned comes back to this:
